Missed Delivery Attempts: Courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the parcel will return to us and reshipping charges may apply.

At Bohogirl, all our products are Hand made with care, so we follow a No Return & No Exchange policy for all items.

However, in case of any issue, please review the conditions below:

No Return / Cancellation once the order is placed, as all products are made-to-measure.

Wrong / Defective Product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unedited parcel opening video for eligibility.

If approved, we offer store credit only (no refund to bank) minus a ₹150 shipping fee.

For eligible exchanges (wrong item, size issue, defect), a ₹180 exchange shipping fee applies.

Exchange is only processed after receiving the original product in unused condition with tags.

Important: Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
