No Return / Cancellation once the order is placed, as all products are made-to-measure.

Wrong / Defective Product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unedited parcel opening video for eligibility.

If approved, we offer store credit only (no refund to bank) minus a ₹150 shipping fee.

For eligible exchanges (wrong item, size issue, defect), a ₹180 exchange shipping fee applies.

Exchange is only processed after receiving the original product in unused condition with tags.

Important: Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

Tracking Available: Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. You can also check it via your Bohogirl account.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address is correct. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Missed Delivery Attempts: Courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the parcel will return to us and reshipping charges may apply.

In Case of Delay, Damage or Loss: Reach out to our support team. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as per the case.
